Sakhumzi Telecom is a company that build telecommunications infrastructure that comprises of Fibre Networks connecting towns and cities, Fibre to the home (FTTH) and Fibre to the business (FTTB) in selected suburbs and townships across South Africa.
Sakhumzi builds full fibre networks directly to each property boundary. This means 100% fibre is used, enabling access to broadband speeds of up to 1 Gbps. Compromise is not in our DNA

Played a key role in the development of technical specifications for the successful rollout of fibre optic network infrastructure

Obtained a Bachelor of Science Civil Engineering degree from KZN Howard College. Current CEO of Sakhumzi Telecom and has since built fibre networks for MCT Telecommunications, Telkom, Vodacom, H20 Networks and Link Africa

National Diploma in Telecommunications. 30+ years of experience in the Telecoms industry. Built and managed Points of Presence, Cell phone Sites, +100 000 FTTH Homes passed. Involved with 4 start-up Telcos that have established themselves in the industry, (Neotel, Seacom, Link Africa and African Network Operators

Nosipho Mba is a meticulous Chartered Accountant with close to two decades worth of
experience in leadership, governance, financial and performance management
skills in both private and public sector. She possesses extensive knowledge in clean administration,
risk management, internal controls, policies and procedures, auditing, financial
management, accounting, reporting, budgeting, and compliance with proven
successes in helping various municipalities achieve and maintain unqualified
and clean audit opinion from the AGSA.
